How do you expalin the bouncing smilies and the chopped up girl in a suitcase?

Alt & Tab, lol. I am lucky in that I have the corner desk so no one can see my screen unless they are next to me and before anyone comes over it's alt & F4, plus the layout and color scheme resembles the database I use at work.
