I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.

go for a drive or just wallow in the bad mood till it passes, for some reason I find this fun, I scowl & sulk & sit in the dark, and then in a bit it passes & I feel better.

Most times I either go for a drive, or I'll watch a funny movie - I'll do something so I can forget about what put me in that mood. Most of the time I'm in a pretty good mood, and it takes a lot to really piss me off or get me down in the dumps.
I've also been known to turn to beer and weed for comfort, but since I have those regularly, they don't count.

Normally when I get down, depressed, or angry, I seclude myself from others and work on a project. It may be my website (or more recently this one), working out in the yard, or any other things that need to be done. As long as its by myself. Eventually I forget I was even depressed.
