im still sick.

im still pissed of that canada is holding my sneakers hostage.

i've been up since 7, cause i couldn't breath.

i had to rearange my room this morning cause the heating guys are comming to clean out the heating vents in my house. and now my back hurts from moving it all by myself. stupid fucking entertainment center.

i've got two midterms today.

it is going to be a bad bad day.

vg and her terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day.

get better. sleep more, don't sweat the midterms. show up and take some nyquil. I think it's a rule that if you pass out due to illness during a mid-term, they let you do it over again.

then rush home and go to bed.

My advice, get some raspberry jam, it has to be 100% all-fruit type. Mix in 3 tablespoons of it with a hot cup of plain tea and drink it. You'll sweat like a hog, it will detox all the shit out of your system. make sure not to sleep on the good sheets cause you'll soak them. But you will feel a 1000 times better.

For colds, it seems the basic principle is to assist the body in throwing off toxins through heat, sweat and elimination. Scientifically, it's the right thing to do. Often, we tend to mask cold symptoms with decongestants and cough suppressants which only makes colds linger on.

Sweating is induced in many ways, one of them is drinking hot tea with raspberry preserves. You could use blackberry but raspberry more reccomended, you don't drink the jam, that is why you mix it in with a large cup of tea (12-16 ounces).

To clear up my breathing during a cold, I boil some water, put some soda and iodine in it, cover my head with a blanket and start inhaling the ingredients.

Trust me, it works.
