So Goatweed, if someone wanted to, say, make a donation to the Goatweed smoking fund, how would one go about doing something like that?

Quote:As for Ladi's question about why we need a table, yes hotel rooms have tables but how are we gonna fit a dozen or more people around a desk built for 2? This is why you aren't in charge of the plans. true ... but does everyone really need to look at the board? it's just little pie pieces & cards, one person reads them, everyone listens ... I saw a table by the side of the road today, maybe I'll see if it's in one piece, then we can just leave it when we are done. (I'm just doubting the viability of anyone actually hefting a table into the city :hrug:: )

And if there happened to be a name on there that would tell you who to vote for, you'd naturally do that, wouldn't you?

I might...it would totally depend on the size and type of donation, of course.

I was talkin to someone in chat yesterday, I dont remember who cause I was blasted. Anyway I kinda agree with the peeps who say we might get kicked out. This is my suggestion, I dont wanna charge anyone money for getting together, so renting a space is not something I wanna do.
My suggestion is we meet at jacks hotel for some drinks and sex, then if we want we play poker and TP for a little bit and then we hit up the bars in the neighborhood. He's gonna be staying in my neck of the woods in brooklyn. We can hit up TGIF or Spumoni gardens for some dinner and then go down to bensonhurst/bay ridge which has a bar on every corner. http://www.dvdspot.com/member=Gonzostyle http://www.myspace.com/brooklyngonzo http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=770777388 diceisgod Wrote:I LOVE YOU GONZY WONZY SNOOKIE WOOKIE DUMPLIN BUNS!

Will the Hotel be a Ho Jo's?
Also, I agree that it seems pretty silly carrying a fold up card table into a hotel room, good luck getting that past the front desk. I would suggest you rent out a local hall, like a VFW or something, in Brooklyn. You can have someone go down to Spumoni Gardens and pick up a few square pies and you're talking some seriously good times.
06-28-2003, 12:29 AM
I don't wanna rent out a hall for a number of reasons.
1- I dont wanna ask people for money for coming to hang out, plus we'd have to supply our own beverages anyway cause if you start talking about open bar then forget about it. 2- People will say they will come but shit happens and then some will not come out for whatever reason and then we gotta make up for them monetarily. It's too much of a hassle. I feel what I came up with works best. We all meet up at jacks room, play around for a while, feel eachother up and then hit the scenes up if we get bored. It works out either way. http://www.dvdspot.com/member=Gonzostyle http://www.myspace.com/brooklyngonzo http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=770777388 diceisgod Wrote:I LOVE YOU GONZY WONZY SNOOKIE WOOKIE DUMPLIN BUNS!

jack is coming to ny and staying in a hotel in brooklyn?
I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.
That's just like our Arpi... except he doesn't wave or anything. He just says mean things to you. GonzoStyle Wrote:I pledge my undying love for Arpi, any retraction of this undying love is to be ignored. Nominated for," 2005 poster of the year", by 4 out of 6 mods!
