But it would help if the rules were posted before hand. Or at a minimum...if someone happened to break the rules, one of the rule makers pointed out the infraction. Said "this is wrong, and this is why"

How is what I did offensive. And no, I honestly had no fucking idea why I got celled. I put up #1 as a joke, since I didn't think there was any way that a reasonable person would ban someone for that.

The fact that I don't have a gay set of rules listed is because I don't think it's necessary.

I have faith that a civilized group of adults can act somewhat responsibly and maturely when gathered together on a message board.

I think it's much easier to reserve the right to judge whether or not something isn't acceptable on a case by case basis.

This is the one thing I thought was fucked up, even by your standards, and now you're gonna' complain all over the place.

And no. I'm not going to complain all over the place. I've been banned six times at your site. I get the point. A handful of people might "get" me there, but what's the point if I'm just going to keep getting banned because of something this benign or because one of your two imbecilic mods gets bent out of shape.

I'm sure Opie or Anthony would have never said anything so fresh.
