I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.
That's just like our Arpi... except he doesn't wave or anything. He just says mean things to you.

I will give you that in his first statement, he allows for some wiggle room of uncertainty, but he is completely commited to Saddam Hussein's regime being an immediate threat in his second statement in terms of context. Not just an immediate threat but the greatest threat in the world.
I thought the second one said " No terror state posses a greater or more Immediate Threat to the security of our people and the stability of the world than the regime of saddam hussein in iraq"
