starting at 7 tonight i went through a flurry of phone calls and after only 10 minutes and 5 phone calls they accepted my bid! now it goes to lawyer review and the contract. looks like i bought a house!!

union county has one of the highest property taxes in jersey, and one of the lowest property values.

Are you having a Professional Engineer doing the inspection or are using a Home Inspector? Go with the PE, they know their shit.
