Yes, I'm not much of a raggae fan either, but you gotta love Marley in the summer. And my friend turned me onto Dub as well, which is just a weird version of raggae. Some of it's pretty good.
Also, I used to be a HUGE "electronica" fan, techno, Drum & Bass, etc.. etc.. and there's another style called UK Garage, which uses alot of high hat and stuff. It's pretty cheesy, however there are a few songs that I did. Most of it though is just the new disco. Its hugely popular in Western Europe.
