So I listened to the new Metallica CD last night..

I was so hyped up for the new album, but this song that keeps being played on the radio is really really dissapointing. Is it because they just kinda slopped some crap together and said, "Here, play this crap" or is because Newstead is gone or have they just lost it?

Side point..just saw a replay of ICON on MTV with Avril Levine singing fuel....if that doesn't sound an alarm I don't what will

i have only heard 1 song from the new metallica and all i can say is this........it sucks!
i have no desire to hear anymore of it.

it sounds overproduced and james seems to be trying to find a happy medium between singing and screaming like he did back in the day....it just doesn't work.....

they should have faded away after and justice... :disappointed:
