Semantics of their methods aside, I think the RIAA was finally onto something. They should be the bad guys so the artists don't have to be. Plus, tap into every net-junkie's inherent fear of losing their anonimity.
What's next? Think they'll be able to keep going after people sharing music over the net? Think they'll ever come up with a usable copy protection?
