I talk to myself... a lot

I have noticed that I have been talking to myself a lot recently. I also have debates with myself and I play devils advocate so I can discuss both sides of a topic... with myself!

I also have to remind myself that I am talking to myself so I don't cross the threshold, am I insane or does everyone do this?
