Actually I'm kinda sad to see KLQ go because I love heavy metal an there are times when I want to get my Rock on. I normaly listen to GRD but sometimes they don't play music with enough edge for my tastes.

Just a FYI, Dykstra Auto Service, which is in your hood, does EXCELLENT work at a good price. I always take my vehicles to them if I cannot fix it myself. You know how far I live from there. It's worth the extra miles.

a little annoyed with the guys. They keep saying how the people on the messageboard keep whining about the new site. Well of course we were at first - they'd be pissed too if a site they used to enjoy for free now seemingly cost money to browse. Once that was cleared up the whining stopped (except for their new board which is still unacceptable). They act like the listeners were all irrational about being pissed about the new site, I think it was justified.

I accidentally RickRolled a wedding this weekend. "Never Gonna Give You Up" is totally my general ringtone on my phone (because I'm a dork). Thanks Mom, for calling me as the bride was walking down the aisle.

We've been going to Zandees (Burton/K-Zoo) for awhile, and have always been happy with both their work and prices.
Sadly, however, it doesn't matter, as I got the worst possible call this morning. The engine is basically a waste. So, looks like the Potthole family will be doing some car shopping, and trying to scrape together as many pennies as we can find.

I agree 100%. The reason the show works/worked so well is that it was heavy with listener input...the listeners took ownership in the show. Now that we've (Biff) upped that with a message board we're suddenly dick's for having an opinion and not liking the new direction.

Great, the dicks who whine that the show is changing and that it should be exactly the same forever and the segments must be 12 minutes long with 3 minutes of commercial and God Forbid that Name That Blank is successful and why the hell do you want a new producer to make life easier for Joe make the rest of us look bad (hurley). Thanks a lot, a-hole. No wonder why the message board has been abandoned by the show.

Just found out my dad had to file a PPO against our crazy neighbor after he hit him 8-10 times with a hammer...mother effer is lucky I wasn't at my parents when that happened or he would be 6 feet under right now from a shotgun blast to the chest. Still might have to do some good old fashion country justice on the mother effer... :evil:

Went out and looked at some cars, in lieu of finding out why an "impact engine" is named as such. Took an '07 Ford Fusion for a test drive and really liked it. The salesman, on the other hand, was a total dipwad. Have some numbers to crunch, but hopefully will be making some sort of purchase by the end of the week.

I was drove a rental for a week recently and it was a new Taurus, which was just redesigned to be similar to the Fusion. I really liked it :thumbup:
