Potthole don't despair. The first offer I put in on a house, the sellers wanted me to put down $10,000 non-refundable "earnest money" I don't think so!!!!!!!!!!! They changed their tune quickly when I pulled my offer! People are stupid.

We submitted our counter to their counter. If they wise up and get serious, awesome. If not, my wife and I won't have any bad feelings walking. Sure, we really like the home, but there is a whole lot to choose from on the market.

OMG!! We used to go to St George every September. I LOVED it there. We would get a bunch of friends (three couples and a few singles) and rent a beach house for a week and have a great time!!!! Say hi to the dolphins for me, and have a couple of drinks for me as well!

Cool. Will do on all fronts. Most people have no clue about the place which is why I like it. It is almost like going back in time. No touristy crap. Just the beach and maybe a pool if you get it with your house. Prices are better in the fall too.
