I hated online classes. When I was in real estate, I had to take CLE's every 2 years and I absolutely hated it. I was in commercial real estate but all the classes were in residential real estate. Just plain retarded. If I had to guess, i'd say that a relative of somebody on the real estate commission decided to start a CLE school.

For the first two years of employment we are "interns" which means we are mostly training and helping the senior analysts. It sounds like a great idea, except this training is completely mundane and irrelevant to my work. I don't give a eff what the phases of system development are because that's not what I do. I don't contribute anything meaningful and that really pisses me off. Some would take it as a blessing that I can come to work and play on the computer all day but I want to do real, meaningful work. And what makes me even more mad is the fact that when (not if) I leave, they are all going to go crazy complaining that they don't have enough people, etc. Well I don't do anything anyway so shut the eff up.

They haven't taken the deposit out yet, which is really fishy, but we have signed paperwork that we had the car until Wednesday, and they photocopied his Visa card.

We're going to see if there's anything we can do legally, maybe make them find us another car, or pay the difference on a different one (doubtful they will, our salesman is claiming it's "out of his hands").
