Guilty Pleasures - Howie Feltersnatch - 02-25-2009

TV, Movies, Music, Books whatever...

mine...

the Real World on MTv. My wife and I will stay up late just to watch it. I think part of it is to make fun of these 23 year old kids as when my wife and I were of 'Real World age' we had a 4 year old son.

Guilty Pleasures - dingdongyo - 02-25-2009

things i'm embarrassed to admit i like:

tv - monday night raw
music - republica (it's chick music)

likely more that i'm not thinking of.

Guilty Pleasures - Biff - 02-25-2009

Jon and Kate Plus 8. I despise Kate Gosselin and I wish someone would capture footage of someone telling her the truth about what a fishy smelling taco she is. That said, I get a kick out of the kids and her husband seems to be a genuinely likable guy.

Was it the Soup that had a clip of her laying into him about 'interupting her'?

the Soup is another guilty pleasure of mine....seems like a chick channel (E!) but i love Joel McHale

Guilty Pleasures - krystal - 02-25-2009

Trashy romance novels.

Guilty Pleasures - boizalynne - 02-25-2009

I also watch the Real World, and Jon and Kate... I love the kids and Jon but I effing hate Kate (can we say neurotic?). I also enjoy forensic shows in a large way... real forensic shows such as Cold Case Files, Forensic Files, Notorious, American Justice, Wicked Attraction... ect ect

My real guilty pleasure though is corny oldies.... like the Monkees and other bands of the like....

Guilty Pleasures - Howie Feltersnatch - 02-25-2009

To Catch a Predator

Guilty Pleasures - Queenie - 02-25-2009

America's Best Dance Crew.

As much as I hate to admit it, because I like thinking she's a jerk, part of me wonders if the show is just edited to make her look as bad as she appears.

The person we know that helped out on her recent book told me she was very nice to work with, and never came off like she does on the show.

Hell yes. The Monkees greatest hits was my first album ever when I was like 4 or 5. I like them just as much today and drive my wife nuts with it. I also am struggling with the realization that I'm liking country music more and more. I want to see Alan Jackson in concert in the worst way.

You need to be punched in the vag.

Yeah, I know. I'm the person I made fun of in high school.

Guilty Pleasures - Allyson - 02-25-2009

World of Warcraft :Smile

I really don't like it but my boyfriend loves it so I made a character to bond with him instead of hating him for spending more time with a video game than he does with me. But tough-talking and killing people is pretty sweet.

Are we talking new country or old country?

Guilty Pleasures - -Jiggy- - 02-25-2009

Really there are only a handful I like. Alan Jackson, Johnny Cash (these two I listen to more than any), Sugarland, George Strait, Willie Nelson and if you want to include him Kid Rock. So I guess it's a mix of some new and old.

George Strait is awesome!!

But he can't act worth a damn

Cash is the only acceptable answer when it comes to country. (and maybe Garth Brooks)

Kid Rock aint country.

Guilty Pleasures - alex - 02-25-2009

Liking Slipknot.

Guilty Pleasures - -Jiggy- - 02-25-2009

It's funny, when I always played my Cash cd, before the movie came out, everyone always made fun of me. Once the movie came out everybody is all of a sudden a Johnny Cash fan.

No effin way... I need to go confirm, but I am nearly positive the banner photo on that blog is one I took...

EDIT:

After a quick review, it appears that's not the case. That photo is very similar to a shot I got this past spring, though.

Wow, you've pretty much made yourself the porn king of this board. Everyone calls me a deviant and I only knew about one of those sites.

Guilty Pleasures - professorpinasheep - 02-25-2009

Jean Claude Van Damme movies.. not the newer crappy ones (as if there were any justifiably awesome ones) like Replicant or whatever.. I'm talking Bloodsport, Universal Soldier, Lionheart, Death Warrant.. Late 80's, early 90's stuff. I can't help it.. even if it starts at like 11pm on VS Network or TBS, I gotta watch it either til the end or until I fall asleep.

Bloodsport is a classic man. Nothing wrong with that. Is Death Warrant the one where he is in prison and kicks a dude in the face and his head goes through some kind of metal rod. If so I think I saw it once like 15 years ago.

Did you read that interview that I posted where Stephen King rips Meyer a new one for not being able to write ?

Yeah, I read it.......I'm not a big fan of Stephen King. I know too much about him. I lived in the town where he grew up. He's kind of an a-hole so I don't take what he says too seriously. Stephen King doesn't write for teen-age girls.

And you're right about LKH.
