I think she's a dumb bitch, but that being said, in some smaller comunities, 911 isn't just used for emergencies, but for dispatch in general (including non-emergencies). While I wouldn't call 911, myself, over something like this, if someone takes your money and won't give it back, I could see how you would interpret this as theft (though in reality, it's probably breach of contract, which would warrant calling an attorney for your nuggets, but I'm not surprised that she wouldn't know that). Anyway, if in your mind, someone has stolen your money, even a small amount, I could see why you'd want to have police involved.

I actually sympathized with her a little for that fact.
I would have been upset too but 3 calls is too much. I would have just went home and looked up the number for corporate customer service. She probably would have got her money back, free meals and some sort of punishment for the mingers working.
