I can probably give you a few pointers if you need any help. It has been a very long time since I have tinkered with dreamweaver, frontpage or anything of that nature. I do know some HTML yet don't really do it professionally, but I do know someone who does so professionally if that's what you are looking for. I can see if he still freelances and get him in contact with you if that is the case.
