It seems like this one is a mistake, did we miss a segment here or is it just an extra one? I mean i like dogs, but I was a bit more interested in hearing about "bumper music"

It's a mistake. They were talking about new bumper music (intro after commercial) and they were playing some song ideas.
edit: nvm that was segment 8.

I listened live up to the make out with a carney segment. 8 was the first bump segment. I don't know what 11 was, but 12 sounds like a continuation of 8.
