I'm a yearly subscriber, lost the internet/broke the computer early december. On Dec 22st I used a friend's computer and installed itunes as well as juice. It only picked up Dec. 15th and up, I've never been able to get the first 2 weeks of December. Is there a limit to how far back you can catch up? I've emailed Dean twice, no response, I've cleared and re-entered the link several times, I've fiddled with settings for all programs, am having no problems with any podcasts since, and my subscription doesn't end til July 09. Any suggestions?

Most I've seen that you can go back is one week from whatever the current date is.

Try typing your podcast link (plus the appropriate file names, which should be easy enough to figure out for you) into an email message to yourself, send it, and then right click>save as. You can sometimes go back a bit further manually.
Similarly, you can put your podcast link into your browser and access the files that way. Then right click and save as normal.
