listen live using the bb storm?

I usually listen live at home in the morning via wgrd's abacast player, but can't figure out how to do it on my blackberry storm. so far, have only downloaded the abacast plugin, but no progress after that (don't even know how to "run" this download!!)

Have nearly gotten into a car accident every morning for the last week trying to do this while in vehicle was in motion (yes, admittedly quite stupid.)

Can this be done? Anybody know how? Is is easier to listen live through any of the other stations? any help appreciated in advance.

Sorry, I don't. I don't know what other stations stream other than WGRD.
