i think that once in awhile, somehow fb/hw should get zane away from the studio long enough to let people know that when he comes back in, they should call in and see how long it takes to get him pissed off enough that tough guy eric zane comes out and makes funny threats to you, what do you think?

All it takes is "hi" most days. No challenge there.
