I work at a call center. They cut out a lot of what the people talking to the customer can do. It drives us crazy on the floor. I have to be able to solve a persons problem in 220 seconds... Please don't yell at us, we are trying with what we have.

Or do what I do, laugh when I hang up and make fun of them for being a-holes.
