I am so sick of hearing that drug addiction, or alcoholism, or any other types of addiction are a disease.
Cancer is a disease.
AIDS is a disease.
Malaria is a disease.
Drug users choose to use the drugs. I drink, sometimes excessively, and every single time it's MY CHOICE to do so.
If you need to get help with your addictions, please do so, but don't use the whiny emotional crutch of "it's a disease"
