My initial thought was, "Who is going to pay for the drug testing?" I don't think I even completed the thought before I realized the money saved on not giving the ones who fail the tests would exceed the cost of drug testing.
Food Stamps are usually given per family though. Would you drug test every person in the family and if only one failed would you deny the entire family?
