Oh really, so why are the boy scouts as well as religious colleges and charities allowed to discriminate against a job applicant based on the person's religious beliefs or lack thereof?

I don't remember the Boy Scouts of America telling someone no based on their religion. I do remember the case with the homosexual but none based on religion.

The Boy Scouts discriminate against Atheists.
