I'm not a Dentist, but I did sleep at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
I had a similar issue. What was found was that the crown was making too much contact with with the other teeth when I would bite down. The repetative pressure never allowed the tooth to completely heal. The Dentist just ground a little off the top so it wouldn't contact so much. Now it is fine.
That's what I was thinking. I wanted to wait until my next cleaning which is in a month but not sure if I can wait until then.
Queen.....The pain is unbelievable! It's a dull ache and it's sooooo uncomfortable!!!
Right now I'm......trying to surround the queen with tooth issues....
