I woke up shortly after it had happened and turned on the tv to people talking. I looked at the bottom and it said "Western Michigan University - Closed" i thought 'woo hoo, I didn't do my homework anyway!'

then i realized what had happened, as a naive kid I had no clue how big it was. I still feel terrible to this day for thinking 'how awesome I don't have class!'

I've never told anyone this
