I wouldn't recommend Tylenol pre-dosing. Acetaminophen (Tylenol) is a surprisingly dangerous medication if used too frequently. Acetaminophen toxicity is incredibly common, mainly because people think of it as "It's only Tylenol".
Truth is, acetaminophen overdosing can be DEVASTATING to the liver. Don't use it casually. It's a very potent drug, and it should be treated as you would any other.
