I think the rules for playing again need to be reset.

When it went from $100 to $250, anyone who played at the $100 level were allowed to call in again... Why not do the same for the $250 to $400 change?

Because then we'd have to put up with that idiot Heinz playing yet another game. They should have banned him long before the Pussy wagon Incident.
