I'm curious if schools would give out that information anymore. That had to be 25 years ago - I don't think I was even ten years old yet. I hope so, because it's something that I've wanted to do with my own children when I have them.
It's funny, because I was no different than any other kid. I wanted STUFF for Christmas. But now, after all this time that has passed, I can probably tell you two or three presents that I know I got for Christmas over the years...but that one experience, I can tell you every single detail as though it were yesterday. Every once in a while I'll pass the house and it just puts me right back there. It really was pretty cool.
