need podcast help

Can someone help me out please? I use Juice to receive the podcast. Once I download the podcast is there some easier way to get it onto my mp3 (it's a sony walkman). Currently I have to click on each segment so it starts playing in windows media player and then I move it to my sync list then I go back to juice and click on the next segment and do it all over. Once I move them all over I can sync them at once but it takes forever to move them all over. I know there's got to be an easier way but I can't seem to figure it out. I've tried to make a playlist but evidently I can't do that right either. I realize that I'm just a woman with a small brain but I need my podcasts.
