I'll explain the photo:

Bucket Brigade

This is a game we play at our Labor Day Festivities. Form a team of 5, and each person has a bucket and we dip the bucket into a large drum and take water out and throw it onto the burning house. There is a hole in the top of the house, which leads to the big yellow barrell (bottom left) which overflows into a smaller pale. it's timed and we compete against other teams. it's tough you are running in circles and throwing buckets of water (ala old school fire departments) for 2-5 mins.
