Using the Wonder-Boner for our latest catch.
1) You must wait 6 hours for the fish to develop rigor-mortis. ( Not a problem when you are on a boat three hours from land.)
2) IT DOES remove the spine, but not the tiny rib bones, which are the real problem.
3) No, I did not buy it. We went with co-workers on a chartered boat and one of the guys there had one!!!
4) It is disgusting!
5) If you are a regular fisher-person ( Not all of us are Fisher-Men after all!) it's much easier to simply clean and fillet. Stupid invention!!!
6) It takes MORE work to do it with this gadget than it would to simply clean and fillet. PLUS, You tear the meat up with this ridiculous thing!!!
I win!!!
