Do you Believe in God

I believe that Genesis, and the bible in general, is a human attempt to explain the unknowable and the unexplainable.

I feel this way about religion as a whole. The human mind seems to be unable to tolerate the unknown, so that unknown must be explained, no matter how crazy it sounds. I make no claims to know how the universe was created, how evolution ultimately led to the human race. I understand we will never have the answers to these questions, and that does not bother me.

I have no religion/faith/belief in some higher power.
