The staple of any team is the goalie. You can't win the cup without a good one. Hossa missing wide (after time ran out, and it wouldn't have counted) means nothing. They would have went to OT then. Even if they lost, there would have been a seventh game, in Detroit. Like I said before... I think the Wings management has a better judgment about talent than someone like you.

The same management that drafted Datsyuk and Zetterberg in the later rounds of the draft. The same management that drafted Lidstrom. The same management that got Hossa to agree to less money. The same management that created a dynasty team that after 45 years of no Stanley Cups got 4 of them in 10 years. Yeah that management has WAY better knowledge of who should and shouldn't be on a team than the likes of you. Ken Holland is the best general manager in ALL of sports, but hey, some guy on the Freebeer and Hotwings forum knows better than he does about hockey and about running a team.
