One word, eBay. That's where I got mine. There are even old playboy magazines that came with the game in it at eBay. Must've been a 'tear-out' affair. I'm sure you can find it. 
The White Zone is for loading and unloading only. If you have to load or unload, go to the White Zone. You'll love it. It's a way of life.
