new chief at the fire department, it's a big mess. basically he wasn't chosen by the members like is usually done. The township board trumped us and chose someone who was more 'qualified' on paper and no experiance in command over a guy with 8 years as chief and doesn't completely meet the new requirements.
Ofcourse both are friends of mine, and are feuding.
