Yay! Kind of. I'm so glad to hear that he didn't die. Too bad the driver won't be convicted as harshly now. I can accept that though.
He might be convicted pretty sternly if found guilty of killing that homeless guy in Woodstock, IL. I sure hope so. This sicko needs to be locked up.
