And no, I'm not at all in favor of public assistance. If it were up to me, it would be eliminated tomorrow. My concern is the kids of those milking the system. Those are the kids who would go without if it weren't for welfare.

...which is where the sterilization comes in. How many really get off the assistance? It's a never ending cycle. Those kids who grew up on assistance will in turn have kids of their own and get assistance too. If you've got money to spit out 3,4,5 kids, go for it...but really, who wants more than 2? Then you're outnumbered. Wink
