Indeed. The problem with Obama giving BACK to Americans is that he would not be giving it BACK to the people it came from. Do you realize how many middle-class families cannot afford to send their children to college, while lower-class kids get enough government funding to go for free, even when they don't deserve to? Tell me how that is benefitting America.
