But if they essentially own 80% of A.I.G., why shouldn't they have full access to any records? If you have that much stake in a company, you want to know what is going on behind the curtain. (I'm not saying they should have bailed out A.I.G. in the first place, just arguing this point)
Isn't there a bit of a problem with saying you don't have a problem with an action but you do with the result? They're kinda linked.
