I fail to see the problem with this. A piece of me is happy that AIG is being called out on their unethical business but I'm more scared by the ramifications of it. How is this a problem?
On another note, yes, they (government) do have the right to look at records because of the stake they own. That is the problem in the first place. All the stones that were put in place for the gov't to obtain that position in the first place.
