We had a great guest lecturer come in for a presentation called "Kiss Kiss, Kill Kill: The ethics of robots, sex, and war". In addition to talking about military use, he talked about the ethics of thinking robots used as sex toys, or people marrying robots. It was a pretty crazy talk.
