As I have said many times before. This is one of the main reasons why our founding fathers have stated the separation between church and state.
When religion rules the laws you get effed up laws like this all the time.
I don't mean to get into debate but this is touchy subjects after all. Can you show me exactly which of our founding fathers ever said that church and state should be separate?
