So what your saying is that China and Russia are comfortable with Lill Kimmy having nukes in there back yard? They are stupid if they are.

actually russia (not too sure of any statements of china as of yet) has stated they disapprove these steps by north korea and are trying to pressure them to stop. As long as we play it right we will have them as a strong ally to assist us with stopping them, russia and the US do still have a rocky road all around, but this is the whole common enemy thing.
