Ohhhh so we need to borrow 106 BILLION dollars OVER our yearly military/war budget to do that. I get it now. :clap: Nice to see you believe every word that is spoon fed to you, cause, you know if its in writing thats what they'll do. And notice it says Iraq, what about Afganistan? For my friends in the military that just got back from Iraq and are now headed there, seems like the war is just moving.
