Zane's A-T Marathon - Sept. 12, 2009

The big announcement this morning was indeed that Zane is going for another Triathalon to support Ataxia Telangiectasia (A-T). This time, the Triathalon will be on September 12, and Zane has a challenge for us, the listeners.

Zane has requested that we sponsor Zane a dollar or cents amount per minute, for every minute that he is in the triathalon. He expects that it will take him around 2 hours (120 minutes). He is in the Chariot event, which means he'll be pulling one of the A-T children behind him for the duration of the race.

Here's the breakdown of the math:
$0.05 per minute $6.00
$0.10 per minute $12.00
$0.15 per minute $18.00
$0.20 per minute $24.00
$0.25 per minute $30.00
$0.30 per minute $36.00
$0.35 per minute $42.00
$0.40 per minute $48.00
$0.45 per minute $54.00
$0.50 per minute $60.00
$1.00 per minute $120.00
$1.50 per minute $180.00
$2.00 per minute $240.00
$2.50 per minute $300.00
$5.00 per minute $600.00
$10.00 per minute $1,200.00

Zane has promised that he will not 'throw' the results, as he has pledged $20 per minute ($2,400).
