No, they have the same rights as straight people. They can still get married.
Your point is that they cannot marry another person of the same sex and claim that that is a civil rights violation. It's not. No matter how hard you wish for it to be a civil rights violation it really isn't.
So, the two states that legalized same sex marriage, did so for what reason? To change things up? Or did they do it because it was found unconstitutional to ban same sex marriages?
