Favorite sports radio show?
#1
FBHW don't do sports... what's your favorite sports radio show/station to listen to.

I have a bunch of hooey garbage turd crap in Grand Rapids to listen to, so i've been listening to 97.1 the ticket out of Detroit.

Valenti and Foster from 2-6 are absolutely great re: sports.

Good podcast 7:00 snipet today.

I used to listen to Colin Cowherd when he was on here in West MI. Then they put gay Bret Bakita on! If I do listen to sports radio it's usually only Rome.
Well, I guess that we all learned a lesson today. That it's what's inside a person that counts. And that on the inside, midgets are thieving little bastards.

I gotta go with Rome, too.. If only for the lack of choices on terrestrial radio around here. I find him amusing, and he does a decent interview, which is better than most people. Who else would it be? Bakita.. yeah, there's a reason he's stuck on the Ball. Same with douchebag Huge. His voice just annoys me, and he's full of crap most of the time. I remember when he had a "Huge Opinion" every day on KLQ.. wonder why they don't do that anymore?
Where would we be without the agitators of the world attaching the electrodes of knowledge to the nipples of ignorance?

I hate when Huge makes an outrageous prediction (which is almost always) and when he's wrong he always backtracks and never admits he was wrong.

Oh yeah.. forgot about the classic backtrack. It's kinda funny when he gets all blustery about it, or when he totally interrupts people that call the show to call him on his crap.

Huge ruined his "Show" when he got married. Not that he was all that good to start with, but at least he would talk about porn and strippers and stuff. Now he just talks golf and how bad the lions are.
"Sir, You need to get out of your car, there is a train comming."
"Why ummm... uhhh did you ummm... feel the need to errrrr, god why can't I type!!"

I've often wondered how his boss Matt Hanlen (spelling?) can sit in his office and listen to Kevin Matthews and Scrubs (over at the country station). Then after lunch flip it over to Huge and think to himself, "Man, we make great radio personalities here!" Some of my most favorite things - sports and classic rock are effed up because of these jackasses.
