This woman is scary beyond all reason, and a known crackhead. She has more money than she'll ever know what to do with, so she spends it all in a shabby crack den smoking her life away. She has smoked so much that now she has emphysema! That's a disease people who smoke for decades get.

When she was actually normal looking and at a healthy weight, yeah. I hate the way she does her eyeliner, it's not pretty. But now it's just sad that she's become such a hopeless trainwreck.

Not always 60 years, I know a lady with emphysema that only smoked for 20 years. It depends on how much you smoke I imagine.

She'll do anything( or anyone) for crack. she was having an affair with Pete Doherty too, a famous drug abuser. He can't get off drugs either, he's caught with them all the time and goes to rehab. I guess English rehabs are more like retreats than anything.
